    Andrew commenced his career in Financial Services directly at the coal face when he became a “Man from the Pru” back in January 1980.

    He covered many roles at Prudential include managing the Direct Sales Force for General Insurance Personal Lines.

    Having spent 20 years at Prudential he ventured into the world of IT services and has spent the last 12 years applying his industry knowledge to business driven technology solutions.

    Vice President, North America Portfolio Leader, Capgemini Financial Services

    Scott Mampre leads Capgemini’s North American portfolio for Life Insurance where he is responsible for developing the market, managing client relations and creation of solutions. He is also directly responsible for key account relationships with some of North America’s most influential clients. He has been instrumental in leading the development and delivery of strategic, operational, and tactical solutions in areas ranging from front office, policy administration, claims, business intelligence and testing.

    With over 18 years experience at Capgemini, Scott has led a number of long term engagements. He brings hands-on experience across the value chain beginning with business strategy and operational excellence through technology development and maintenance. He recently lead our largest insurance account in North America through a major business and IT transformation program and a delivered a new business acquisition program which created new distribution channels, agent and consumer portals, a new rating engine, business intelligence and advanced underwriting capabilities.
