Nuria Vallespi joined LyondellBasell in 2020, bringing more than 20 years of experience developing solutions in the specialty chemicals industry, having worked in technology, sales, business development and marketing. She holds a Master in Science degree in Chemistry (Universitat de Barcelona) and an MBA (ESADE Business School ), and is currently leading the Color Concentrates business in Europe as Marketing Manager.

Marcel van der Poel has more than 20 years of experience in marketing, sales and product development functions in the food as well as the chemical industry. With a bachelor degree in Management, he has been working at LyondellBasell for the last 8 years. His target is to make a difference in the industry with smarter and better solutions.

Eric Ferry has more than 30 years of experience in the development of Color Masterbatches and is currently managing the different labs in Europe that are dedicated to create colors according to customers’ needs. Convinced of “The Power of Many”, he combines the know-how of all associates to offer the best solution to our customers. Furthermore, he is responsible to identify and approve new pigments and polymers to continue innovating and being ahead of the curve.
