Time: 12PM EDT / 9AM PDT / 4PM GMT
CareFusion discusses how the company integrated Contracting, Installations, Call Centers, Field Service and Accounting to enable operating efficiencies and to create an improved customer experience.
Medical Technology products are becoming more complex and more integrated into the operations of healthcare providers. So enterprises like CareFusion are being challenged by customers and regulatory agencies to improve the response, traceability and overall experience associated with servicing their products. One of the challenges of addressing this opportunity is that the end-to-end contract-to-service functions of Medical products enterprises are traditionally supported by disparate processes, technologies and enterprise applications.
CareFusion’s Dispensing organization recently completed the integration of customer-facing functions through SAP ERP and SAP CRM technologies. In this Webinar, CareFusion will speak about the impact this is having on overall service and operations. By integrating these processes the company has a 360 degree view of all customer processes on a single platform, which drives collaboration, creates efficiencies and enables powerful analytics. CareFusion has also recently extended its SAP solution to include mobile applications for Field Service Engineers.
In this webinar CareFusion will discuss its journey and will be joined briefly by SAP and its integration partner, HCL. SAP discuss the suite of capabilities it offers to help clients integrate and transform customer service. HCL will share industry trends and best practices based on real-world experiences assisting clients like CareFusion.
