Time: 3PM London / 10AM New York
Optimize safety, increase security and plant performance
Key aspects that every manufacturing / processing facility considers a priority are; Safety and Performance. This webinar will be an in-depth look at the role that connectivity systems have to ensure optimized performance of plant machinery. Challenges faced with maintaining end product integrity will be shared by exploring the risks of contamination, product spoiling, and the importance of long term, reliable solutions that provide superior levels of efficiency, performance and quality. The overall aim is to increase yields, shorten cleaning processes and reduce energy consumption achieved by the highest standard of sealing and connectivity performance.
Key areas that will be discussed during this insightful session will be engineering and construction design parameters for advanced connectivity systems. As well as this the selection processes that should be considered for batch and continuous processing in terms of physical time, regulatory compliance, unplanned delays and associated costs!
Join this session to hear from the user’s perspective about the challenges explained above and learn from industry leaders in this sector. Places are limited so do act now and book your place for this interactive presentation.
Presented by
Mike Rodd,
Managing Director BBS System AG (Part of the Burkert Group)
Mike Rodd has worked in process control environment for more than 20 years. A little more than 10 years ago he began working internationally and since 2007 has almost exclusively worked within Hygienic Processing Segment.
With a broad knowledge of applications and types of equipment used Mike is used to communicating and working with many aspects of plant performance and process efficiency and ready to share ideas and experience to support continued improvement and compliance in line with many of today’s regulatory demands.
Marc Klingler,
Segment Manager Hygienic Processing
Marc Klingler is Bürkert’s global expert in Hygienic Processing and has vast experience in all applications covering pharmaceutical and biotech industry.
As a graduate of fluidic mechanics and nearly 20 years’ experience Marc has more recently been contributing to regulatory groups such as ASME BPE and ISPE as a participant and member of these communities.
Working from Burkert s factory in France Marc gained experience in production of equipment and components destined for use in Hygienic processing, he now uses this experience in combination with today’s stringent guidelines and compliance needs to bring value and solutions to users on an international level.
