Her graduation was in Pharmacy and she has MBA in marketing.
Technical Account Manager EU
Deolinda has joined West in 2014 and was responsible for supporting South American customers during 5 years. She moved to West in Germany in 2019 and took over technical support to global accounts as well as key development accounts.
She graduated in Pharmacy (UEM) and has Master in Toxicology (USP) and Ph.D. in Public Healthy (USP). During her professional life, she worked for national and multinational companies in the areas of analytical chemistry and toxicology and taught undergraduate and graduate courses in universities.
Technical Customer Service Specialist
Glaucia joined West in 2016 as technical commercial analyst. During her time at West Glaucia has developed technical expertise, and in 2019 she assumed the technical customer service responsibility for South America.
Glaucia has worked with R&D and technical customer assistance for 8 years before West, after graduating as a Pharmacist in Universidade Metodista de São Paulo.
