Time: London 3PM / New York 10AM
What are the advantages over the classical glass vial?
Crystal technology has been developed to address key issues of aseptic filling: offer SAFER solution to the patient and EASIER solution to the pharmaceutical manufacturer. By using permanently closed and ready-to-fill vials moulded and assembled in ISO5 clean room, the technology is able to reduce exposure of the vial to contamination and eliminate all the container closure preparation steps (washing, siliconization and sterilization).
In addition, our technology has been assessed with healthcare practitioners and 87% of them preferred our container versus glass vial, mainly for ease of use, unbreakability and safety reasons. Thanks to the simplification of the filling process, the technology turns to be less expensive than the glass vial filling with reduction of investment, operating expenses and API loss.
