Are you ready to meet identity & authentication requirements under PSD2 & GDPR?
Europe is set to undergo dramatic payment and security changes in 2018. The Revised Payment Services Directive, also known as PSD2, will soon make it mandatory for banks in the European Union to add stronger security layers to their customer accounts.
Strong Customer Identity Verification (SCeID), and two-factor Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) will be required on all remote access to customer accounts. Failure to implement these capabilities opens banks to the risk of penalties up to 2% of global annual turnover under the new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
This webinar examines how SCeID and SCA are inextricably linked to PSD2 and GDPR, including guidance on how the legislation mandates regulated firms to digitally verify customer identity, and how scalable technology can help to manage these requirements.
Join this webinar in association with Jumio, the leading digital identity verification company, and Consult Hyperion.
