The requirements for Korean sponsors to manage both regional and global clinical studies is growing, with many companies driving access to APAC, Europe and USA markets for new medicines. With these strategies impacting the scope of clinical trials, it is vital for both CMC / Clinical Supply teams to build a robust and effective clinical supply chain strategy.
Utilising real life case studies, attendees will learn from specific examples of a Phase II regional and Phase III global clinical study, conducted for a promising new drug candidate. These examples illustrate the challenges faced for sponsor and supply teams for different drug formulations, country selection/targets and patient enrolment challenges across a number of therapeutic areas.
This workshop series aims to provide training, expert insights and take away learning for clinical supply teams based in Korea who are navigating the issues affecting both regional and global clinical studies. Our Subject Matter Experts come from a range of disciplines vital to the global clinical supply function and will enhance the workshop experience by using case studies to allow future application of strategies and encourage questions from participants to enhance learning.
