SIP Trunking has emerged as the enterprise standard for Unified Communications and Collaboration. As SIP Trunking solutions have become more innovative, companies in recent years have seen numerous benefits now broader than network cost savings and growing beyond business collaboration and productivity.
A fully enabled enterprise Unified Communications strategy requires voice, video, instant messaging and presence. However, according to a recent survey, enterprises with video conferencing have seen video adoption slow - video is yet to take its place as a mainstream communication medium alongside voice. Many factors can cause this situation; complex bandwidth provisioning, siloed networks, expensive international off-net calls, complicated video calling procedures, lack of interoperability and security, non-standard video ecosystems, unreliable public internet and lack of a single global vendor that can offer global and regional reach.
In the webinar, Mike Sapien will talk about how enterprises can fully leverage their Unified Communications set-up by using latest innovations in SIP Trunking to improve productivity and reduce complexity. He will also cover industry trends, applications, use cases and talk about why companies are moving to SIP Trunking.
Mike will be joined by Brian Harrington, senior UC&C executive from Tata Communications, who will discuss how Tata Communications’ SIP Trunking has enabled UCC strategy for various enterprises and startups. Brian will highlight our industry-first SIP service with multimodal functionality as well as demonstrate how companies can eliminate complexity in provisioning bandwidth, minimize WAN capacity needs and scalability challenges with optimal Quality of Experience (QoE) on a pay-as-you go model.
