Successfully execute Limited Time Offer strategies in increasingly complex supply chain environments
Limited Time Offers (LTOs) are a well-known strategy used in multiple industries as a way to break through in a crowded marketplace, to test a new menu item or product, react to seasonal trends, and to capture valuable market share. As the marketplace becomes even more crowded and consumers are more demanding about quality and variety, LTO's are becoming even more prevalent among foodservice providers and continually rising in popularity. The 2015 State of the Foodservice Supply Chain from Technomic and HGS revealed that more than 90% of foodservice operators believe LTO's are either extremely important or important to their organization.
While most foodservice brands are executing LTOs, few brands are doing it as well as they should or would like, especially when it comes to managing the bottom line. Many factors contribute to this, including:
- Lack of visibility across the supply chain
- Lack of technical depth and expertise in forecasting and contingency planning
- Lack of disciplined process/approach to LTO strategy and execution
In this webinar, HGS planning experts Dani Schooley and Stephanie Davis will discuss what it takes to deliver the successful LTOs- thoughtful and strategic collaboration between LTO process development and execution, with technology backed planning and analytics. HGS has a four-phased event planning process that makes this strategic collaboration possible and provides the rigor necessary to counter the risks inherent in LTOs and ensure success.
Are you ready to deliver the kinds of LTOs that set you apart in a crowded market place and excite your customers? Register today to learn how rethinking your LTO process and tools can help you deliver the LTO promise.
