Delivering Innovation as Differential Feature
With the use of contract partners increasing greatly within the life science sector, never has it been more important to choose the right provider. There are numerous factors to consider when choosing a contract partner, from cost and routes to market through to management of IP. However, such key factors as hidden costs and potential waste-generators are often overlooked. This webinar will examine the key differentiating factors in the LEAN development process and how they impact on the performance, flexibility and delivery capabilities within large CMOs.
We’ll also look at the concept of Innovation. Many companies use this buzz word, but what does innovation actually mean to both the CMO’s and their clients? How can it be implemented in a world where regulations are increasingly becoming stricter and more numerous? How can a process methodology such as LEAN help to reduce costs and increase speed to market?
In this webinar learn how the largest CMO in Italy, by GMP capacity, has addressed Innovation and how implementation of LEAN initiatives can bring about lasting changes within pharmaceutical production.
