Case studies to help you overcome formulation challenges
Patient adherence to prescribed therapy is widely recognized as a significant issue. Several factors, such as poor taste, administration difficulty, dosing frequency, and inconvenience, are attributed to the lack of patient acceptance and adherence to a prescribed regimen. Additionally, patient non-adherence can result in billions of lost revenue annually for the pharmaceutical industry due to prescriptions not filled or not re-filled by patients.
In this complimentary webinar, you will gain valuable insights in to how patient-centric drug formulations can help you overcome oral drug delivery challenges.
This webinar includes 4 case studies featuring unique solutions for patients with diverse needs:
- Providing the most convenient dosage formulation for better patient adherence
- Taste masking drugs with an unpleasant or bitter taste
- Orally disintegrating tablet technology for pediatric and elderly patients, and those who have difficulty swallowing
- Demonstrating bioequivalence and achieving regulatory approval with new formulations
- Improving the safety profile of drugs and reducing health care costs
You will also have an opportunity to take part in an exclusive Q&A session with Anthony Recupero, PhD, and Stefania Pagani, PhD., from Aptalis Pharmaceutical Technologies.
