How to achieve success in running global trials involving clinical ancillaries
Industry expert Mike Yoon from Fisher Clinical Services will discuss market trends and challenges and provide tips on how to achieve success in running clinical trials involving clinical ancillaries.
The significant increase in demand and the shift of the responsibility for ancillary procurement from the investigator site to the sponsor creates numerous new challenges and supply chain risks. Clinical ancillaries may play a secondary role in each sponsor’s budgets, however, a site missing a critical ancillary could delay patient treatment and negatively impact your trial.
This webinar will analyse the effect of the current industry trends on the clinical ancillary market. Suggestions for effectively planning an ancillary supply strategy and tips on execution techniques will help to ensure that you’re company’s current workload is minimized without derailing your critical research. Moreover, key industry challenges that clinical trial teams face when managing ancillaries will be discussed and pragmatic solutions presented.
