Jim Hannon is a graduate of Massachusetts Maritime Academy and has since worked as an engineer supporting power generation and marine industries. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in the US and is an STLE Certified Lubrication Specialist. He maintains leadership positions with STLE Power Generation section and with ASTM D2 Section for lubrication standards. He is a product technical advisor for Exxon Mobil Corporation with turbine oil, hydraulic oil and marine oil responsibilities.

Ayman has been with ExxonMobil for more than 19 years, during which time he has developed an in-depth understanding of the industry and business with a specific focus on the industrial and marine sectors.
Prior to joining ExxonMobil, Ayman held engineering positions both with the Egyptian Navy and with Caterpillar, where he specialised in maintenance and training.
Ayman holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Alexandria University and an MBA from Maastricht University.
