Larisa joined UMS Group in 1999 and is currently the Product Director of the Spend Optimization Suite (SOS). In addition to this Asset Management work, Larisa has gained significant utility experience in the areas of performance management and diagnostic benchmarking, financial, operational and rate case analyses, process reengineering, strategic outsourcing, and market and industry research. Larisa graduated from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
